For over twenty years, Janice Kinchion has worked in the banking industry where she spent the first fifteen years as a commercial lender and the last ten years in financial accounting. Ms. Kinchion currently works for the City of Austin as a certified Housing Finance Counselor. In this capacity, she has developed a housing counseling program designed to give counseling and classroom instruction to individuals seeking information about financial literacy, credit, budgeting, housing finance, and foreclosure prevention. For the last several years, she has helped well over one thousand individuals reach their goal of homeownership and financial independence from debt.
Darlene Rigsby Manor is the greatly gifted wife of Rev. Melvin Scott Manor, Sr., who is Pastor of the St. Paul Baptist Church located in Austin, Texas. Extremely grateful for all the Ministry Tools God has given to her, Darlene teaches with a passion and understanding that God has rescued her and without Him, she is nothing. Darlene is a singer/songwriter, author and bible teacher. Darlene is the founder of “The Forum” which is biblical discussion designed to position you for effectiveness and success in daily Christian living. She is grateful for this ministry opportunity and thanks God for entrusting to her such an awesome responsibility. Above all, Darlene is a wife and mother and she attributes her success and accomplishments to God, her mother(deceased) and the continuous support and encouragement of her husband, Melvin.

Frederick Vernon, preferably called “Freddie,” is Regional Leader for Primerica. As an Independent Representative of Primerica, he is responsible for helping families make better financial decisions. He comes to us with over fifteen years of experience in the business of personal finance. His mission is to improve the financial condition of as many households as possible. He believes that there are keys to a happy marriage: belief in someone higher than you, respect for self, respect for your spouse, trust, and patience.
Pastor Eric White, Sr. is a spirit-led preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He answered the call of God to preach the gospel in 1999, and shortly thereafter he preached his initial sermon in September of that year at St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Austin, Texas under the leadership of Dr. B. W. McClendon. Pastor White became the Youth Minister for New Zion Missionary Baptist Church in 2001, and in 2003 he was elected as Pastor of New Zion Church. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas.
